Other (Open)

This paper reviews the range of application and experience, including some inherent boiler operating improvements associated with the use of a modified concentric Firing System on tangentially fired units. A brief overview of NOx emissions from recent commissioning of coal PM burners is also discussed, as well as a relative economic comparison among various NOx reductions techniques for tangential coal fired utility boilers.
