Access to NRAP Beta Tools
The NRAP beta tools reside in a private EDX collaborative workspace. To gain access to the tools, you must have an active EDX account and be added to the private collaborative workspace where the tools reside. Please follow the guidelines below to request access to the NRAP beta tools. You will meet one of two criteria below:

A. I already have an EDX account, but I need access to the private collaborative workspace:
If you already have an EDX account, simply contact NRAP via email (NRAP@netl.doe.gov) and let us know that you would like to participate in the NRAP tools beta testing workspace. You will receive an automated email from EDX support notifying you that your account has been added to the workspace.

B. I do not have an EDX account and I also need access to the private collaborative workspace:
If you don’t have an EDX account, it’s simple to sign up. Click the following link to register for an EDX account: https://edx.netl.doe.gov/en/user/register .

Please Note: Users who provide their “@netl.doe.gov” or “@contr.netl.doe.gov” email address will have instant access to EDX once they have validated their email address. To validate your email address, please check your email inbox for a validation message from EDX once you’ve submitted your account creation form.

Users who do not have an NETL email address are required to provide an NETL Point of Contact (POC) name and email address to gain access to the system. Please list Deb Coen (deborah.coen@netl.doe.gov) as your POC.

Once we have confirmed your affiliation, you will receive an email to activate your account. Once you’ve registered and activated your EDX account. Follow the steps in ‘Section A’ above. Simply contact NRAP via email (NRAP@netl.doe.gov). Once you’ve been added to the workspace, you will receive an automated email from EDX support.

C. I’ve received my automated email mentioning that I’ve been added to the NRAP Tools Beta Test Release collaborative workspace. What do I do next?

After you’ve received your automated email, your EDX account will have access to the NRAP beta tools submission: https://edx.netl.doe.gov/dataset/nrap-tools-beta-testing-collection

Please Note: If you are not signed into EDX and/or have not been added to the collaborative workspace you will not have permission to view the above link.

While on the NRAP tools beta testing collection submission webpage, download a specific NRAP tool by clicking the “Download Form” button next to the tool that you wish to download. Before gaining access to your file download, please provide the following information on the download form: Name, Affiliation, and Contact Information.
