This progress report describes the results of the first month of activities under the above contract. First, a narrative summary of activities to date is presented. Second, the status of the study in relation to the network plan, schedule, and budget is presented. Third, the activities anticipated in the following month are presented. Finally, anticipated difficulties, personal changes, etc, if any, are presented.
