This Air Quality Monitoring Plan represents an update of the overall plan for environmental analysis which was prepared in may of 1978. This update pertains solely to the planned air quality and metrological monitoring activities to be carried out in conjunction with Test Burn No. 2 at the Underground Coal Gasification test site near Rawlins, Wyoming. This monitoring program will be conducted by the TWR Energy Engineering Division for Gulf Research and Development Company.
