In conjunction with the proposed commercial oil shale processing facility at Parachute reek, Colorado, the Colony Development Operation proposes to contract and operate a pipeline to transport low sulfur fuel oil to a storage facility in Lisbon Valley, Utah. The fuel oil would be transferred to an existing Pure Transportation Company oil pipeline for ultimate shipment to west coast markets.
