Analysis of coal tars collected from Rocky Mountain 1 ELW and CRIP modules

License(s):

Other (Open)

Coal tars were sampled as composites from the Extended Linked Well and the Controlled Retracting Injection Point product streams of the Rocky Mount 1 underground coal gasification field test. Water and tar were condensed from a production line slip stream used to provide gas samples for analysis. Prior to analyses, tar samples were cleaned by centrifuging to remove any free water and fine particulate matter remaining in the coal tar samples.
