This plan describes research work to be conducted during the period April 1, 1985 through March 31, 1986. The plan is based on the statement of work included in the agreement and provides details on the activities and tasks to be undertaken, including corresponding milestones. Cost estimates are provided, including items such as direct labor, material, and equipment costs broken down to the activity level, e.g. 1.1 physical/chemical properties, 1.2 in situ processes, etc., as prescribed in the cooperative agreement.
