Assessment of Michigan Basin Shale Characterization Research and Results Task 11-C

The purpose of Task 11-C , Assessment of Michigan Basin Shale Characterization Research and Results, is to review all technical publications and interface with the Principal Investigators concerning the work being performed by DOE'S Laramie Energy Technology Center under contract to Dow Chemical Company and its sub contractors for the resource characterization of the Antrim Shale in the Michigan Basin. As a result of this study, specific recommendations for future Eastern Gas Shale Project (EGSP)-funded work in the Michigan Basin are presented. The discussion of current Michigan Basin activities relates the Antrim Shale studies to the goals and objectives of the EGSP.
