This agreement is entered into effective November1, 1976, by and between the United States of America as represented by the undersigned Contracting Officer of the United States Energy Research and Development administration, and Geokinetics Inc., A California Corporation with business offices located at 280 Buchanan Field Road, Concord, California 94520, and Aminoil USA, Inc., A Delaware Corporation with offices at 2800 North Loop West, Huston, Texas 77092, conducting a joint venture, with said Geokinetics Inc. as manager, styled Geokinetics Oil Shale Group.
