This report comprises a Technology Status Assessment pertaining to Honeywell's Reconfigurable Processor for Data Acquisition (RPDA) project. The objective of this project is to develop a high-temperature (HT) (>225?C/437?C) re-configurable digital processor module to manage data acquisition for deep oil and gas drilling and production monitoring systems. This project addresses the need for flexible data management and interface functions within high temperature/ high-pressure data acquisition systems.
