This report describes a pre-burn site characterization study consisting of the Tasks III, IV, and V as listed above. A more detailed listing of the tasks is provided in Table 1.1. At the beginning of the project Task I, the site selection, and most of Task II were completed. This study focuses on Tasks III, IV, and V, with a report of the logging results from Task II.
