This contract provides for continuation by Battelle Memorial Institute (hereinafter referred to as the Contractor), acting through its Project Management Division (BPMD), of the research, development and program management activities for the DOE's National Waste Terminal Storage Program as described herein. These activities were previously performed by the Contractor pursuant to Contract DE-AC06-76RL01830. The parties hereto agree with respect to the work contained herein, that this contract, after the effective date hereof, supersedes all other agreements, as well as the provisions of Contract DE-AC06-76RL01830. This contract is executed pursuant to Section 302 ©(15) of the Federal Property and Administrative Services Act of 1949, as amended, the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended, and the DOE Organization Act (P. Law 95-91) as amended.
