The objective of this contract is to provide technical support for the Department of Energy (DOE)/Gas Research Institute (GRI) Joint Operating Committee, which oversees and administers the DOE/GRI Joint Coal Gasification Research Program. The general scope of these support services consists of technical assistance in the following areas: evaluation of modular coal gasification combined cycle power systems; plant operating requirements; to report on results presented at a debriefing on hot gas cleanup; economic analysis; and an analysis of IGT's high pressure gasification data. 4 refs., 3 figs., 8 tabs.
