License(s):

Other (Open)

This evaluation was made according to the rapid cost evaluation method as applied to the evaluation of entrained solids retorting run number 8. A direct capacity ratio was used to convert basic utility, chemical, catalyst, and royalty costs to the capacities required for run 10. The "six-tenths" factor of Chilton was applied to the capacity ratios to adjust the investment costs. Labor costs were adjusted according to the individual cases.
