Piceance basin: P-wave two-azimuth velocity anisotropy. Ratio of fracture-perpendicular (N60E) to fracture-parallel (N30W) velocities is a measure of fracture density. Note correlation of low velocity ratio (high fracture density) with enhanced-production fairway at southern part of survey area.
