Fixation of alkali and trace metals in high temperature co-current, entrained flow gasifiers and combustors: Quarterly technical progress report No. 2

License(s):

Other (Open)

This second Quarterly Report is concerned with experimental results on the cold flow prototype of the in-situ particle impactor, suitable for the trapping and classification of particles in the downflow combustor. The results suggest that the concept has merit and work is now in progress in constructing hot flow models, suitable for insertion into the combustor. 12 figs., 14 tabs.
