Low-pressure Membrane Contactors For Co2 Capture

Membrane Technology and Research (MTR) is developing a new type of membrane contactor (or mega-module) to decrease capture costs, energy use, and system footprint through bench-scale testing of a module with a membrane area that is 100 m2, 5 times larger than that of current modules used for carbon dioxide (CO2) capture.
