Mid-Atlantic U.S. Offshore Carbon Storage Resource Assessment Project, Task 6 Risk Factor Analysis Report

This report presents the risk factor analysis for the Mid-Atlantic U.S. Offshore Carbon Storage Resource Assessment Project. The analysis included an initial assessment of technical risk factors in mid-Atlantic offshore areas that may affect CO2 storage resource estimates for the following categories: 1. geologic storage processes, 2. long-term potential for CO2 migration, and 3. environmental setting factors that could influence the development of a carbon storage facility.
