Hardware provided to convert borehole sources and receivers to single-well use. In May 1997, two projects were combined to form a broad, comprehensive project to address single-well seismic imaging. Initial field test of single-well data acquisition system conducted at Bayou Choctaw, LA, November 1997. Follow-on work designed with SIC input. Modeling of salt dome reflections carried out. Modeling of borehole effects continuing. Tube wave attenuator field tested.
