This report presents projections of socio-economic impacts related to development of Federal lease Tract C-b. The report adds to other efforts at the local, regional, state and federal levels. The information presented deals with impacts occurring primarily from the C-b project, although regional development issues are addressed in the final chapter. The information in this document reflects conditions in Garfield, Mesa and Rio Blanco Counties for the period 1975 to 1976.
