With this report, Paraho Development Corporation is applying to the Utah Bureau of Air Quality for a permit to construct and operate the Paraho-Ute commercial oil shale processing facility in the Uinta basin. This application is submitted for review under both the Prevention of Significant Determination and the Utah Air Conservation Programs.
