The Polymer Predictive Model has been updated since its initial release in 1986. In order to inform users of these modifications, this addendum now accompanies all releases of the updated model that was introduced in June, 1995.. This document is a supplement to the original user manual (DOEBC-86/10/SP) which will continue to serve as core documentation for the updated model.
