This is the final environmental impact statement on the proposed Savory Preference Right Lease Application project of the Pittsburgh ad Midway Coal mining Company. This EIS is based on the applicants initial showing and the site-specific environmental report for the proposed project and the Divide/Overland Coal Land Use Decisions and substantive public comments received on the draft EIS pertaining to the Savory PRLA project area.
