"The research institute VNIIPodzemgaz in collaboration with the Lisichanskaya ""Podzergaz"" station has developed and mastered new techniques of shaftless preparation and gasification of inclined thin coal seams occurring at (vertical) depths of up to 200 m. The plan of development of the station provides for the working of a suite of seams at a depth of 300-400 m in the next few years. This plan is also of interest for working other coal deposits in similar mining and geologic situations"
