A detailed description of the demonstration plant design is presented in the project deliverable reports listed in Appendix A. Specifically, the design bases, the drawings, the specifications, and the costs are outlined in the Project Data Books for the Retort and Related Facilities, the Mine and Related Facilities, and the Auxiliaries and Related Facilities. General descriptions of the plane, together with summaries of all phases of the project, are included in the Final Technical Report, and site details, cost summaries, economic evaluations and economic sensitivity analyses are presented in the Preliminary Site Development Plan.
