TATMAN FORMATION

The general stratigraphy of the Tatman formation of Eucene age has been described by Van Houten and will not be repeated here. Instead, details of two measured sections of the formation are presented. Other outcrops of the formation are related to these sections. In addition, analyses of kerogenic shales in the Tatman Formation at Tatman Mountain are given.
