This document is intended to provide the facility design contractor with sufficient information and guidelines t complete the detailed design of all the surface facilities needed to conduct a second underground coal gasification test in steeply dipping beds on a site located near Rawlins, Wyoming. It provides a basic description of the test, a list of the documentation package that defines the existing equipment used for Test 1 and a functional description of the surface facility requirements and interfaces for T-2.
